Nitrogen Gas is use during plant maintenance shutdown and start-up operations, nitrogen purging, and subsequent nitrogen/helium leak testing from a critical path to the success of any project.
Okilo Engineering nitrogen equipment can provide nitrogen to gas at flow rates up to 3,000 scf/min, and at pressure ranging from nominal purging requirement up to 10,000 psi. Access to variable flow and pressure can result in time savings critical to any plant shutdown.
Okilo Engineering has a wide range of Nitrogen Pumps capable of delivering flow rates of 180,000scf/hr and pressure of 10,000psig and . 2,000USG liquid Nitrogen ISOPACK Tanks operating at a pressure of 6barg.
High Pressure Fluid Pumping Services
OKILO diesel-driven High-Pressure Pumps are available for pumping fluid at pressures of 160 psi – 10,000 psi, designed to client’s project needs. All our pumps are used in pumping field applications such as Oil, Water and Chemical .
These pumps are ideal for Hydro-testing of new pipelines, integrity checks of existing pipelines and facilities for reinstatement. They can also be used for stuck pig recovery scenario and leak tests. They are also designed to transfer hydrocarbon fluid, water and other re-injection applications.
OKILO has a fleet of Stainless Steel Tanks ranges from 120bbl to 200BBL Capacity for Chemical/Acid Operation. Our Tanks are DNV with Crash Frames.
Auxiliary/Fire Pumping Services
OKILO provides Auxiliary Pumping Services for various projects such as pipeline internal inspection using intelligent pigs, removal of stuck pigs, product transfer and fire water pumping support. Our fleet of auxiliary pumping equipment which includes the customized OKILO-HV Multi-stage Flooding Pumps and High Pressure / High Pressure pumps, High Volume Centrifugal Pumps and Fire Water Pumps with flow regimes from (1,933 – 6,000 gpm), and all pumping accessories.
Our High Pressure / High Pressure pumps are ideal for crude oil and product transfer for the Marginal field operators to aid product recovery until permanent pump are acquired by our client.
Fire Water Pumps are ideal for high flow flooding and drafting water from various sources including freshwater, seawater and even brackish water, as well as for providing pressure boost in relay and fire water operations.
Nitrogen and Air Drying Services
The presence of water or moisture in LNG/LPG facilities poses several potentials start-up and operational concerns. de-watering and drying of the system are critical to the safe start-up and commissioning of the system and OKILO Spread are used to dry and de-water the package.
OKILO process systems and drying techniques significantly reduces the risks and complications associated with system start-up. OKILO has a wide range of High-Volume Air Compressors, Compressed Air Dryers.

Chemical Cleaning Services
OKILO offers facility post- construction and maintenance chemical cleaning services to the oil and gas facilities.
Post construction chemical cleaning is done as part of facility pre-commissioning services, before it is put into service. This is performed to remove any extraneous or foreign materials that may have remained in the system after construction activities had been completed. The materials include mill scale, rust, sand, oil, grease and other debris that might have negative effects on the system when put into service.
Maintenance chemical cleaning is done during facility planned maintenance during shut down. This is performed to improve flow assurance, reduce heat transfer issues and for access for regulatory or ad hoc internal inspection.
Our methodology of chemical cleaning include filling the system with the desired chemical solution and then using a pump to circulate the solution within the system for a designated period, while testing for system for internal cleanliness at regular intervals. This is normally done to clean the internals of vessels and piping with large volumes.
