High Pressure Fluid Pumping Services
OKILO diesel-driven High-Pressure Pumps are available for pumping fluid at pressures of 160 psi – 10,000 psi, designed to client’s project needs. All our pumps are used in pumping field applications such as Oil, Water and Chemical .
These pumps are ideal for Hydro-testing of new pipelines, integrity checks of existing pipelines and facilities for reinstatement. They can also be used for stuck pig recovery scenario and leak tests. They are also designed to transfer hydrocarbon fluid, water and other re-injection applications.
OKILO has a fleet of Stainless Steel Tanks ranges from 120bbl to 200BBL Capacity for Chemical/Acid Operation. Our Tanks are DNV with Crash Frames.
Flooding, Pigging, Cleaning, Gauging and Hydrotesting Services
OKILO provides pre-commissioning services to several clients, IOCs and Pipeline Contractors within the Oil and Gas industry. Services include high volume flushing, Pigging, Cleaning, Gauging and Hydrotesting of both new and existing pipelines of varying sizes and lengths.
OKILO has a fleet of High-Volume Lift Pumps, High Volume Flood Pumps and Hydrotest Pumps to achieve up to 3 different spreads working at the same time at different locations.
OKILO-HV Lift Pumps include the OKILO-HVL225 and OKILO-HVL250 model with their respective flow capacities of between 832m3/hr – 1,224m3/hr, depending on the requirement. They are self prime.
OKILO-HV Multistage Flood Pumps can provide flow capacities of 46bbl/min – 78bbl/min, depending on the needs of the client with velocities of 0.5m/s – 1.0m/s.
OKILO-HV High Pressure Pumps are been used to pump fluid at pressures ranging between 160psi – 10,000psi, depending on the client’s needs depending on the usage such as Oil, Water and Chemical pumping applications.
Auxiliary/Fire Pumping Services
OKILO provides Auxiliary Pumping Services for various projects such as pipeline internal inspection using intelligent pigs, removal of stuck pigs, product transfer and fire water pumping support. Our fleet of auxiliary pumping equipment which includes the customized OKILO-HV Multi-stage Flooding Pumps and High Pressure / High Pressure pumps, High Volume Centrifugal Pumps and Fire Water Pumps with flow regimes from (1,933 – 6,000 gpm), and all pumping accessories.
Our High Pressure / High Pressure pumps are ideal for crude oil and product transfer for the Marginal field operators to aid product recovery until permanent pump are acquired by our client.
Fire Water Pumps are ideal for high flow flooding and drafting water from various sources including freshwater, seawater and even brackish water, as well as for providing pressure boost in relay and fire water operations.
